The problem
You don't need more advice. You need to know what matters.
The internet doesn't have an information problem. It has an order problem.
One video says cut carbs. The next says carbs are fine. One says train six days a week. Another says that's overtraining. Buy this serum. No, that one. Get this haircut. Do these face exercises. Take these supplements.
So you do a bit of everything, badly, for two weeks. Then you quit and start again. And nothing changes, not because you're lazy, but because nobody ever told you what actually matters, and in what order.
That's the whole problem. Not effort. Sequence.
My story
I know what it's like to hate the way you look.
As a kid
Day one
NOWAt 23, I was 1m88 and 55 kilos. Skinny-fat. Bad acne. A haircut that didn't suit me. Patchy facial hair. Clothes that made people decide who I was before I spoke. I was anxious, invisible, and completely lost in the noise online.
I was working as a software engineer at the time. Comfortable, and quietly miserable in my own skin.
So I started figuring it out, slowly, through trial and error, mistakes, and years of paying attention to what actually moved the needle.
A few years later, I got scouted in the street and started working as a professional model, for major international brands I'd grown up seeing. The work paid extremely well. But that was never the point.
Here's the honest part. Genetics are real. I can't change your bone structure, your height or your proportions, and neither can anyone selling you otherwise. What I learned is how much of your appearance you actually can control, and it's far more than you think. You don't need to become a model. You need to stop guessing and work the right things in the right order.
I've since helped more than a dozen people do exactly that with this system.
The big idea
Your glow-up isn't one change. It's a stack.
How you look isn't your face, or your body, or your clothes. It's all of it, layered, and they don't all deserve equal attention at the same time. The roadmap tells you what to fix first, what to fix later, what to simply maintain, and what isn't worth obsessing over.
What's inside
One cohesive roadmap. Not a 200-video course you'll never finish.
The Roadmap
What to do first, second and last. Three phases, in order.
Build Your Physique
Training, body composition, proportions, posture and movement.
Upgrade Your Face
Skin, hair, eyebrows, facial hair, teeth and facial presentation.
Master Grooming
A simple daily, weekly and monthly system that runs on autopilot.
Fix Your Style
Fit, proportions, color, and a small wardrobe that actually works.
Build Your Presence
Posture, body language, confidence, and being comfortable being seen.
Modeling Lessons
What being judged on appearance for a living taught me about photos and perception.
Upgrade Your Lifestyle
Environment, habits, discipline, and becoming interesting, not just attractive.
What you actually get
The complete roadmap, plus the tools to apply it.
Why this is different
Same effort. One of them actually gets you there.
